PKMN: Dyser

Dyser is uposed to be a dark gery colour like Tsumutt
It was originaly suposed to be a starter pokemon but for the sake of TrainerBAM's contest that i'm entering it's just a random new pokemon.

ABILITIES:

When Dripup/Tsumtt/Dyser's HP Gets Low, It's Water type attack's power is multiplied by 1.5

It's the last evolution in a series of three pokemon
Dripup--> Tsumutt--> Dyser
In game there is only one it is found in a sea floor cavern hidden under seaweed, unless you know where to find it your best bet is to wander around with the itemfinded. Once the egg is found Dripup with hatch from the egg in 5,120 steps.

Dripup (water) -The small water dog pokemon can be found around small freash water springs, for it will not venture too far from the waters edge because it needs to keep it's body constantly wet.

Tsumutt(water/psychic) evolves lv.18- Using it's new Psychic abilities Tsumutt can now go as far from the water as it likes, using psychic to carry around water droplets to dampen itself with along with using the water it carries for attacks.

Dyser-water/psychic)evolve lv.36- Having seen it's share of land Dyser moves into the open oceans after it evolves and becomes slow and aqward on land. Because it lives deep within the ocean it heats it body to boiling temperatures and expells steam from the gysers found along it's neck. It's psychic powers give it the ability to 'literally' part the seas.
